Introducing PMC-Colinet’s New 4-Axis Threading Solution

PMC-Colinet, a trusted name in pipe threading machine manufacturing, has launched an advanced 4-axis threading module designed to meet the demands of today’s pipe finishing operations. This new solution has successfully passed performance testing for wedge thread connections, demonstrating its ability to deliver precise and efficient results.

The 4-axis module has already been integrated into a 20-inch spindle, forming the foundation of the new RPP20-4 machine. A second version, built on a 13-inch spindle, has led to the development of the RPP13-4. Both machines represent the next generation of pipe threading equipment, offering increased accuracy, reliability, and productivity.

PMC-Colinet plans to expand this 4-axis technology across its portfolio. New models based on 7-inch, 10-inch, and 16-inch spindles are currently in development. This expansion will round out a full range of 4-axis threaders to support a variety of operational needs.
