BTP05 Facing & Beveling Machine

The BTP05 is designed for precise preparation of pipe faces and chamfers, handling nominal pipe OD ranges from 1.9" to 5" (48.3 mm to 127 mm). Ideal for API and customized bevels, it features a hydraulically operated pipe chuck with a centering system for accurate positioning. Equipped with a high-precision, integrated facing head and a spindle motor power of 56 kW, the BTP05 achieves speeds of up to 1,000 RPM for efficient operations. With both PLC and CNC control options available, it adapts to various applications, while its handling tables support API ranges 1, 2 and 3 for pipe lengths between 4.88 m and 14.63 m. A transfer cycle time of just four seconds ensures seamless integration into high-output production lines.

The BTP10 delivers reliable and precise pipe preparation for nominal pipe OD ranges from 2 ⅞" to 9 ⅝" (73 mm to 244.5 mm). Engineered for API and specific bevels, this machine features a hydraulically operated pipe chuck with centering capabilities and an integrated, high-precision facing head. Its 125 kW spindle motor operates at speeds of up to 750 RPM, ensuring consistent performance. Available with PLC or CNC controls, the BTP10 supports API ranges 1, 2 and 3 with pipe lengths from 4.88 m to 14.63 m. With a transfer cycle time of 6 seconds, it offers exceptional productivity for medium to large pipe operations.

The BTP13 is built to handle larger pipes with nominal OD ranges from 4 ½" to 13 ⅜" (114.3 mm to 339.7 mm), making it ideal for demanding applications. Designed for API and specific bevels, it includes a hydraulically operated pipe chuck with a centering system and a fully integrated high-precision facing head. With a 125 kW spindle motor delivering speeds of up to 650 RPM, the BTP13 offers powerful and consistent performance. Both PLC and CNC control options ensure flexibility, while its handling tables accommodate API ranges 1, 2 and 3 for pipe lengths between 4.88 m and 14.63 m. A transfer cycle time of 6 seconds ensures efficient operations for large-scale production needs.
